As an Agile Coach I work to improve teams of developers and overall project management by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances.

Foster collaboration while following the Scrum methodologies. Coach development team with how to implement Agile principles within software life-cycles. Also work with the Product Owner to create and prioritize the backlog for the development teams. Empower teams to be self-organizing, accountable and transparent resulting in the team taking full ownership of their product to deliver high value to our business partners.

Serve as ScrumMaster for 4 agile teams. Transitioned 3 waterfall teams to Agile/Scrum teams. Facilitate iteration planning, lead work within individual sprints and coordinate retrospectives and demos.Assist key business users/product owners with backlog creation and grooming. Ensure cross functional coordination is occurring early and often. Lead daily stand ups, resolve conflicts and serve as “un-blocker” for team. Maintain and publish agile metrics including velocity and burn-down.Coach, mentor and evangelize agile best practices across the organization.Act as traditional project manager when necessary.Strategically work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Train and mentor junior BA staff. Act as the liaison between business units and development staff. Work with business units to define project requirements using current Agile Methodologies. Work with IT staff to help understanding those requirements. Assist in designing solutions to meet business needs. Facilitated daily stand ups, sprint reviews and backlog grooming sessions.

Planned projects with documented project plans, reviewed business requirements with Legal, Compliance and Business Leads, managed resource time allocations, worked with technology to compose design documents, created implementation plans, documented open issues, tracked tasks to completion, wrote testing requirements, and reported progress to upper management.

Managed multiple projects at one time including outsourcing initiatives and divestitures. Planned projects, gathered resources, documented project plans in MS Project, wrote business requirements, composed VISIO flows of current and proposed workflows, created implementation plans, managed resources and tasks, documented testing requirements, and worked in conjunction with Legal and Compliance.

Managed the projects within the Commercial Loan Servicing Department. Created project proposals with business requirements, completed project planning, wrote implementation plans, handled all documentation tracking, managed project tasks and communicated project updates between team members and upper management.

Performed financial analysis and loan document audit on both Commercial and Multifamily loans as part of the annual review process. Maintained an ACCESS database of loan and credit information for the annual review utility in St Louis. Assisted the servicing department with payment processing and payoffs.
