I have held positions in the Employee Benefit field virtually my entire career. My goal for my business is to keep it growing, assist employer groups with their employee benefit packages for employees. In addition, utlimately I feel great when I can accomplish that goal, without increasing costs to employers, or taking away benefits from employees. That can be pretty challenging in these economic times.This year has been extremely busy and exciting. We have started to collaborate with other professionals and seeing more cross selling opportunities. We are licensed to do exchange business on both a group and individual level. In addition, Jesica Nuccio is AHIP licensed and can sell all Medicare Products to assist both group retirees and individual retirees.Times are changing, and our goal is to adapt our business strategy to those changing times.Specialties: Alternative funding arrangements, third party administration set up, FSA assistance, educating employees on how their employee benefits really work, Ancillary benefits; i.e. life, dental, disability.Currently, my business is evolving and changing due to many market factors. We have begun the process of offering mroe services to our clients in order to stay completitive in the marketplace. This includes offering Summary Plan Descriptions for the Benefit and Welfare piece of the Employee Benefit package, as well as becomming more of an advisor for employers in this ever changing marketplace.
