I was responsible for directing all aspects of HR functions including employee onboarding, employee Off boarding and employee Training. Apart from being integral in drafting of HR related agreements, administration of Employee Benefits and payroll Processing I oversaw Knowledge Management including handbooks, SOPS, forms and agreements, etc. Additionally, I was instrumental in managing systems for Hotel/Restaurant openings.

I was responsible for directing three junior consultants and four senior consultants Client Services Principal. Besides spearheading the month-to-month document creation for 10,000+ records for the new customer, I was integral in executing the life cycle of the five retirement benefit calculation systems delivering the project within time and budget. I drafted and briefed 11 proposals and contracts, securing 80% of the clients. Besides collaborating with clients to identify system needs and shared the information with the Systems and Product Development teams, I conducted training for 43 branch office associates in formal and informal sessions on diverse concepts and techniques concerning products. I also drafted and generated product and system reports for 15 implementations while aiding actuaries with valuation calculations and 5500 extracts.

I was responsible for training and mentoring ten employees on the change management process. Apart from being integral in comprehending clients' requirements to offer customized solutions that fit their specific needs, I collaborated with stakeholders in 4 business units to identify issues and resolutions. I conducted performance data, user feedback, and integrated software enhancements analysis and offered recommendations on system software's key updates resulting in 6 additional reporting tools for client use. I was also instrumental in addressing complex problems and issues by comprehending the root cause of the issue. Moreover, I organized and headed department meetings, including content creation.

I directed seven client benefits administration system implementations while troubleshooting and addressing system-related problems. I also spearheaded four administrators' teams accountable for instituting, executing, and delivering a web-based benefit calculation system. Additionally, I was integral in showcasing the system during client proposals.
