Primary developer, programmer and business analyst to an in-house ASP.NET/C# based Customer Experience Monitoring (CEM) system in an “Agile” software development environment. Provide leadership and guidance to development team members, participate in professional planning and development for those team members. Meet with project/client functional areas and stakeholders to create proof of concept, use case scenarios, system requirements, analysis and design, and release documentation. Code CEM system changes and enhancements and maintain version control in Tortoise SVN. Manage iteration development time, requirements, defects and system change requests through Rally Agility Management Software. Create test plan and testing scenarios for each iteration. Manage UAT group during a testing initiative. Document SOPs and other user documentation related to CEM system operation. Provide user training on systems. Maintain and manage documentation libraries using a Plone based system for CMMI compliance. Create SQL based ad-hoc reporting for internal and external clients. Serve as gap analysis partner in business intelligence software acquisition (SAP-Business Objects). Develop new and re-create old reporting suites within new BI tool, Business Objects Web Intelligence. Administrate SAP Business Objects configuration/upgrades/updates. Assist reporting analysts with data acquisition and report generation using Business Objects BI suite. Assist in managing direct data feeds from clients to support project needs. Coordinate development efforts with client development teams to implement system changes. Assist the on-site technical support team with respect to password resets, system error reporting and help-desk back up.
