Principal
Current- Leads program implementation, process improvement, procurement, and contract management projects for government entities (expertise in healthcare, social services, and IT systems)- Designs and develops reporting dashboards (program spending, performance measures, contract compliance, vendor management, etc.)- Leads full procurement life-cycle for complex services (RFP development, evaluations, negotiations, contracting)- Provide vendor management and negotiations strategy support- Supports implementation of a state Medicare-Medicaid dual-eligible demonstration program with marketing, communications, outreach, data analytics, and project management. Facilitates communications and interactions with State, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), health plans, and other key stakeholders- Supported minority/women-owned or disadvantaged business program improvement projects- Developed vendor management and contract management strategies and tools- Faciliates federal grant application responses- Develops operational and federally-mandated reports for state client concerning usage of Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) funds and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds
