My profession started with Customer Service and has been an integral part of the many positions that followed. I have always been a problem solver and truly enjoy helping people. I like hearing them smile over the phone. -- I was a Client Service Rep for a vehicle fleet leasing firm for over 10 years handling over 10,000 fleet vehicles in the NY, NJ and PA states.-- Worked with Arby's, Inc for over 10 years starting with Marketing, moving up to Quality Assurance, promoted to Exec Asst to CFO, and then moved into the IT Department. There I inherited the Help Desk responsibilites that were prevously outsourced. I was albe to sustain a 97% satisfaction rate with my internal clients for 3 years. -- I moved on into Help Desk Manager with a construction company in FL and stayed with them for 5 years assisting the director and field personnel with all Land Line, Cell Phone, Blackberry, computer issues, and connection issues with external sites. Also, assisted in the corporate move into a new building, providing physical and technical assistance where needed.
