Serves as the Mobilization NCO for the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC); supervises and monitors training and readiness for 24 Active Component and 50 Reserve Component units assigned and aligned to SDDC; plans, coordinates, and executes training on SDDC centric systems: Joint Operations Planning and Executions Systems(JOPES), JCRM, TC-AIMS II, IBS-CMM, SMS,; ensures units are prepared to fulfill their peacetime and wartime mission in support of Overseas Contingency Operations; consolidates, prepares, reviews, and processes training statistics for all subordinate units; provides training guidance to the Deployment Support Command and staff.
