Spearheaded several initiatives which had a direct impact on improving the attrition and retention rate by over 60% and led the DCARNG in exceeding our End Strength. Objective making us #2 in the Nation. Established an environment of success in which all Recruiting, and Retention NCOs exceeded their recruiting and retention mission ranging from 100% - 142%, first time in DCARNG history. End-to-end recruitment and staffing functions to include sourcing to applicant closure and placement; identify and recruit all levels of engineers, IT, Law Enforcement, Logistics, Intelligence Analyst, Special forces. Utilized LinkedIn Recruiter, Job postings, and communication with past candidates to generate referrals. Co-created recruitment process for Direct hire division in the US. Closed over 200 positions in 2 years. Worked on improving key recruitment KPIs by enhancing the usage of the online platform and increasing the number of high-quality applications

Recognized by the Director of the Army National Guard for leading a team that improved the deployability of units by 30% in less than 1 year. As a strategic advisor to senior leaders in the 54 states territories and the District of Columbia, provided recommendations that improved medical readiness and position qualification by 50%.
