As a General Manager I am responsible and accountable for all operational aspects of the assigned store and all departments. I’m committed to ensuring outstanding service by creating an environment that is focused on providing an experience that exceeds customer expectations. I promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire, coordinate and coach employees, make sure the store is stocked, clean and in proper working order, create and maintain budgets, coordinate with and report to senior management in the company. I establish and maintain superior professional standards in the areas of sales, customer service, visual presentation, inventory management, operations, personnel management and development, while demonstrating and upholding the values and vision of the company.
