    Here at 3E I was very pleased to work with a dedicated and reliable team on wind resource assessment and wind power plant production modelling. As the wind simulations program manager I had the responsibility to ensure that my team delivered top quality products to our internal and external stakeholders as well as securing financing from a range of national and international government funding bodies.I was the coordinator the FP7 European research project ClusterDesign, creating design tools for clusters of offshore wind farms. Leading a team comprising 5 academic and commercial enterprises in 4 countries was a demanding task that stimulated me intellectually and strengthened my project administration skills.Achievements:Secured 1 mil € of funding for wind energy develoments, including the New European Wind Atlas Secured 1m€ of funding for the FutureFlow project to design markets for inclusion of wind and solar energy in reserve markets.Developed and brought to market wind energy forecasting service.Developed in-house tools to improve consulting services, e.g. meteorological data delivery website, including reanalysis, satellite data, client and NOAA met stations.
