Enter all client information into the accounting system. Place orders through ILEC and CLEC operating systems. Support Field Operators and/or 3rd party vendors during testing and/or troubleshooting. Provide CFA assignment for all loop requests. Prepare and submit access and/or local service requests to carriers for the ordering of loop/port services. Communicate with carriers for critical dates and other relevant information, pertinent to installations. Initiate appropriate levels of escalations, both internally and externally to ensure completion of orders within appropriate time frames. Act as a liaison between the carriers and BendTel support personnel on all matters relating to establishing trading partner agreements, ordering, installation and testing. Responsible for project management of associated orders in order to achieve key business objectives. Maintain database with current information regarding status of orders - to include: confirmation dates, order numbers, circuit IDs and notes.
