Managed a portfolio of over ten systems in the stages planning, conducting and/or reporting on Operational (Validation) Testing. Managed direct cost and reimbursable funds and the execution of contracts and travel in support of various milestones for Electronic Warfare and Aircraft Survivability Equipment systems. Developed milestones and the schedules that drive NAVAIR System testing schedules. Coordinated the scope, method, and execution of operational test of multi-service programs with DOT&E oversight in coordination with multiple Test and Evaluation squadrons in two srtvices. Oversaw the development and training of my fellow navy officers to assume these important duties within OPTEVFOR.

· Attached to an Army Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Group interfacing with U. S. EOD units, Foreign EOD, multi-service Electronic Warfare (EW) Entities and associated program offices. Monitored, updateed and coordinate usage of Counter Remote Controlled – Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Electronic Warfare (CREW) systems and system load-sets used in Iraq.· Assisted CJTF OIR EW, C-IED and Counter Unmanned Air Systems (C-UAS) departments in the testing, deconfliction and tactical implementation of EW based C-UAS systems in the CJTF-OIR area of responsibility.· Acted as the TF-Atlas Subject Matter Expert for RCIED threats and Enemy-UAS systems

Coordinated the scope, method, and execution of operational test of multi-service programs with DOT&E oversight:· Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) (ACAT III), · Command & Control of Air Operations Software (C2AOS) / Command & Control Information Services (C2IS), (two Joint ACAT III programs with DOT&E Oversight).· Joint Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Network Integrated (JMINI) Control System (CS) v2.0 (ACAT IVT). · Division Training Officer. Responsible for managing training records for a division of 60 people, giving weelky training sessions on topics such as, test and evaluation planning and conduct, data analysis, communication and coordination with other services, and other military training.
