Starting a new chapter in my role with Lindsay on 5/28/2019. Excited to learn and be challenged in this new position. I’ve had many opportunities to take on new challenges within the organization. From buying specifically for our Diversified Business Units and transitioning to more Irrigation focused demands. Now that I’ve transitioned into the Steel buying category since the beginning of C-19 and learning the commodities and working with a great team, I feel like we are certainly poised for immeasurable success. Working thru those early supply chain issues with steel early in 2020 has created a lot of growth for me personally. Excited to see what tomorrow brings😎

Create all production for our Crown Point facility based on historical data, forecasted sales and direct customer orders. Working with the Plant Manager developing plans for supporting our Regional Managers and their sales expectations. Manage the Inbound and Outbound freight supporting our Road Safety Products division domestically. Manage outsource relationships with vendors creating the expectations of excellence.

Receiving all Direct Store Deliveries. Reconciling invoices and verifying allowances. Maintaining a clean and organized back room. Ordered and implemented a marketing agenda for our in house bread line. Performed maintenance of facility when required.

Started as a store clerk as a part-time job. I did this for 3 years then became a Store Manager of one store for two years then took over a second store for two more years. In that time I turned a money losing liquor store into a very profitable location and was given the opportunity to open our first BP branded location. The final 3 years I took over as District Manager for 12 stores. I interviewed, hired, trained and counseled Store Managers and clerks on proper implementation of company objectives and procedural compliance. Conducted monthly inventories as well as spot checks on inventory balance and cash. Created monthly promotions with suppliers ensuring margins were met.
