WiseTech Global mission is to change the world by creating breakthrough products that empower those that own, enable and operate the supply chains of the world.Key Responsibilities• Managing a team to analyse the technical aspects of billing operations, including implementing, testing, and maintaining billing systems.• Coordinate with global teams to address and resolve billing issues and ensure process consistency in billing practices across all global operations.• Perform data analysis and identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and efficiency for our flagship software Cargowise as well as the other 50+ of our acquired business products.• Lead initiatives to automate billing operations processes and integrate between multiple billing systems• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor billing operations and provide actionable insights• Manage various billing systems within the WiseTech ecosystem including Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Xero, Zuora, Chargify and other local systems, ensuring compliance with specific government invoicing and e-invoicing requirements for different countries.
