I graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2011 and 2014 with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. I enlisted in the US Army Reserve in 2014 and became an Officer shortly afterwards; and I currently serve at Fort Richardson, Alaska. In 2018, I completed a deployment to the Middle East as the Mortuary Affairs Officer In Charge for multiple combat zones throughout theater. In 2019, I earned an MBA in Finance with a 4.0 GPA. Currently, I have plans to advance my civilian career in finance and accounting while working as the Special (Finance) Project Manager at Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC). My focus will be on becoming gaining expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and investments strategies. I am interested in reaching the executive level in finance and business management so any career opportunities to work towards this excite me. I love learning new skills and being challenged with critical thinking dilemmas. I am currently studying for CPA testing. Resume, cover letter, and references are available on request. In addition to my work with BBNC and the US Army Reserve, I serve as an adjunct professor for the University of Alaska Anchorage at the Anchorage, Eagle River, and Mat-Su campuses.
