Serving as the Associate Pastor of Children and Families at New Union Baptist Church, I have successfully transformed the children's ministry from and old fashioned SBC programming to a thriving Christ-centered mission oriented ministry. Success is not only measured in numerical growth but in salvations and baptisms as well as increased volunteer growth.Not only has the children's ministry been transformed, investing in adult leaders and congregants has resulted in deeper spiritual growth and led to steps towards greater maturity in Christ. Deepening faith and executing at a high level in carrying out the mission of New Union has seen God bless with a greater diversity of people attending and becoming a part of the church at New Union. God has used my 15+ years of leading teams in the business world as a driver for success in ministry. I have had the pleasure of leading, shaping, and discipling multiple generations in the church that has led to greater spiritual outcomes for entire families.

I spent over 16 years in the business world directing people for growth personally and for the company. The bottom line was not the only thing affected in managing hundreds of people over that time but watching others succeed while accomplishing corporate objectives was extremely satisfying.
