Donny has worked in construction for over 23 years starting out in 1998, and has received his education at the University of Oklahoma. He then had gained experience on numerous projects in numerous roles working on, estimating, pre-construction, scheduling, change orders, submittals, reviewal, schedule updates as well as he has accumulated extensive owner relations experience.As Project Manager, Donny works with the assigned Building Team in communicating at the highest level with architects, engineers, subcontractors, trades and internal staff. Donny coordinates, logs and reviews the shop drawings and submittals, and follows up on delivery dates for long lead time items and expediting material orders. Donny also coordinates with the Warranty Manager for coalition of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for equipment to be turned over to the Owner at project end and review of as-built drawings as well as organize setting up weekly Team Meetings and Safety Meetings.
