Operated and supervised all motor vehicle operations, logistical movement, and maintenance for 35 pieces of equipments. Established and supervised an emergency combat vehicle operation program to train over 800 individuals to operate a vehicle in an emergency situation. Deployed to Fallujah, Iraq where I maintained and managed safety modifications to a fleet of 240 pieces of equipment. Developed and trained 17 subordinates in the critical maintenance the units assets in order to support the units 1200 Marines in all combat ground maneuvers for for 7 months (Oct - April).• Supervised, maintained, and managed a fleet of tactical vehicles ranging in size from 21 to 220 vehicles with a team of 18 mechanics. • Created and monitored a running inventory of consumable vehicle components. Compiled, catalogued and generated an inventory of standard consumable vehicle parts and components. • Coordinated and managed all operational logistic for the company with approximately 15-25 vehicles and 200 employees to different training sites ranging from 50 to 200 miles from the company office. • Managed and supervised the shipping of all goods in and out of the company. Served as an automotive mechanic and quality control for 65 pieces of heavy motor vehicle equipment across two states. Planned and led monthly logistics maneuvers averaging 200-400 miles over 2-3 days each month. Created and managed a vehicle licensing program for 5 separate units covering two states.
