Operated as the Human Resources Manager for all daily operations for the Prior Service Recruiting Station Six. The area covered 9 states and 18 subordinate Marines. The area of responsibility required the manning of 49 different unit. Compile statistics, analyzed data, and advised superiors in a structure shift to allow the unit to shift to match the geographical market shifts. • Compiled, analyzed, prepared and advised the CEO on the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning to coordinate and de-conflict the objective plan, training plan, vacation plan, budget plan, and critical personnel replacement plan. T• Revised and re-introduced an incentive program to foster a friendly and competitive work atmosphere. • Trained and managed the company’s quality control program. • Trained the staff and team members on the proper execution of rehiring and retraining individual’s into a new job occupation field.

Supervised, trained and coached a total of 11 recruiters over a period of 5 years. The area covered two states (PA and NJ). Prospect and processed (recruited) prior service military members back into the service. Recorded and reported data for the geographical New England states on prior service military market. Managed a population of approximately 900 individuals where I educated them on their benefits and career options. • Prospected, interviewed, processed, and contracted over 240 prior service military employees to return to full or part-time service. • Educated hundreds of prior service military members on their benefits and options. • Coordinated and linked previous employed military members with civilian opportunities.

Operated and supervised all motor vehicle operations, logistical movement, and maintenance for 35 pieces of equipments. Established and supervised an emergency combat vehicle operation program to train over 800 individuals to operate a vehicle in an emergency situation. Deployed to Fallujah, Iraq where I maintained and managed safety modifications to a fleet of 240 pieces of equipment. Developed and trained 17 subordinates in the critical maintenance the units assets in order to support the units 1200 Marines in all combat ground maneuvers for for 7 months (Oct - April).• Supervised, maintained, and managed a fleet of tactical vehicles ranging in size from 21 to 220 vehicles with a team of 18 mechanics. • Created and monitored a running inventory of consumable vehicle components. Compiled, catalogued and generated an inventory of standard consumable vehicle parts and components. • Coordinated and managed all operational logistic for the company with approximately 15-25 vehicles and 200 employees to different training sites ranging from 50 to 200 miles from the company office. • Managed and supervised the shipping of all goods in and out of the company. Each year, the company conducted a training exercise in a different state or country. • Managed and performed all environmental compliance and protection checks and services.

Served as an automotive mechanic and quality control for 65 pieces of heavy motor vehicle equipment across two states. Planned and led monthly logistics maneuvers averaging 200-400 miles over 2-3 days each month. Created and managed a vehicle licensing program for 5 separate units covering two states. This implementation and training resulted in over 327 of 900 (36%) new individuals a license to operate a tactical vehicle. • Inspected, troubleshot, maintained, and managed a fleet of 60 military and commercial vehicles across 5 companies and two states. • Coach and mentor a team of 8 mechanics and 14 heavy vehicle operators on daily procedures of operating a motor transport logistics office. • Created an online tracking report in inform and improve communication and increase readiness. • Organized, launched, operated, and managed the company’s vehicle licensing program. In the years with the organization, we trained over 600 individuals to operate a tactical vehicle, 38 commercial bus operators, and an additional 156 hazardous material haulers.
