Donald received a B.S. in Management and an M.S. in Management & Leadership and is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership and Innovation. Since 1986, he has proudly served in Law Enforcement and held the position of Chief of Police. Donald is a 104th Session of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) graduate.
