As the Integrator at The Industrial Controls Company, I have the privilege of interacting with all aspects of the company: marketing, engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, sales support, and project management.The most rewarding times are when we figure a creative solution to make the impossible happen for our customers. At the end of the day their satisfaction is what drives us all to be the best we can be.My favorite role is to focus on the continuous improvement of our business to be as responsive as possible. The challenges of short run, highly varied manufacturing makes my job fun.At The Industrial Controls Company, we believe we are not in the industrial automation business, but in the people business. Providing engineering services and control panels is simply the channel we use to create the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Our primary objective is to ensure the customer is overjoyed with us and comes back every chance they get.The bottom line is that our goal is to deliver success. That success is created from the design, build, test and certification of industrial control systems, all delivered on time and with the highest level of quality possible.I am interested in connecting with designers and engineers who develop new products or intend to take their designs to the next level.
