Responsible to manage a team of engineers in order to secure the production’s test and repair systems uptime. Directly report to General Manager. Key responsibilities are:- Leading a team to fix non conforming test and repair systems reported by the operation using the Maintenance Ticket System- Providing preventive maintenance plan on test and repair system as advised in the test/repair system manuals- Providing upgrade plan of test and repair systems when advised by customers, suppliers, and headquarter- Analyzing product upgrading/changing information in order to determine the impact on the production when it comes to test & repair equipment- Introducing and performing internal staffs trainings when it comes to test & repair methods- Analyzing changes to the test & repair instructions provided by customers in order to implement it in the operation- Monitoring and improving test & repair system performance & initiate root-cause troubleshooting when needed- Escalating complex and critical test and repair issues to external/customer’s test system support organizations when the issues cannot be resolvedusing in-house resources- Participating in new product introduction and improvement project teams- Analyzing ongoing test and repair operation to continuously improve productivity- Plan, release, and maintain test-equipment maintenance instructions, and conduct related training and certify if required, to test operators and technicians- Leading the spare-parts planning for new test and repair systems, liaising with Material Planning- Validating incoming shipments of test and repair equipment, tools, and spare parts- Do final verification of test and repair equipment status before they are put into operation- Analyzing calibration certificates provided by calibration suppliers and monitor calibration suppliers’ performance- Performing other duties within the areas of test, repair, admin and IT when required
