I was a group fitness instructor specializing in Kettlebell, Spin, and HIIT classes. My favorite classes to teach were "Kettlebell for Climbers" and "Core for Climbers." I helped athletes set and achieve measurable goals by breaking down objectives into actionable steps. Through consistent, climber-focused instruction and feedback, I guided them in tracking progress, staying motivated, and reaching peak performance. Most importantly, I made sure everyone had fun while pushing their physical and mental limits in class.
