The Body Shop IndonesiaFocus on two areas:1. Demand planner - starts visualization of what the store will look like (mock up), with weekly planning promo on store forecast, slow moving products identification and promo, weekly stock equation at DC and stores plus intransit. Open purchase order to Body Shop Singapore both regular items and seasonal / one shoot products. Report to management the purchase - value / USD, Monitoring service level inbound from principal and BPOM from registration for import process. Heading import team to process import thru custom. Control labelling products so all products will be labelled with bahasa once it arrived at DC.2. Replenishment from DC to Store. Control Presentation Quantity (PQ) table on the system based on what the store will look like as planned before. Daily auto replenishment to store to make sure everyday there is product moving from DC to Stores if the day before was sold. Control stock level at stores to avoid overstock and missing products. Moving products from stores to DC if the stock was too many and if the promo was over. Control Service Level at stores.Overall: Manage logistcs team to give world class service to The Body Shop Customer.

As S&OP and forecasting leader, drive accurate forecast through regular communications and coordination with the sales organization, and also work with SAP team to integrate new activities, demand and supply, forecasting and MRP models in SAP. Also driving inventory turns, JIT practice, and lowest landed cost and inventory values for each site.

Controlling Sales Spending: Promo, Stock in Trade, and profitability for each channel, and each big Key Accounts. Maintain the claim from accounts and reporting any use up / left over budget spending.Controlling Marketing Spending: All aspects on profitability by sku, by brand, Control Launch spending, TVC placement etc.Manage budget for CDP and forecast planning to match the demand planner forecast and costing.Issue monthly Divisional report for all finance aspects.

Monitoring SNOP prosess from getting accurate sales data, stock on hand, and confirm supplyable stock. Working with sales and marketing team of each Brands to acquired consensus demand. Also check with Finance Director / Finance Controller for forecast alignment with financial planning. Control working capital and forex needs for finished goods purchase for management.Heading Import Team to obey import regulation from custom and BPOM. Create end to end system to be able Stock Controller / Demand Planner only order products with valid BPOM registration. Overall to give clarity for everybody where the stock was, what was the plan and monitor Service Level and Stock Level.
