I am a born Oregonian. Growing up our family moved around Oregon a lot, eventually settling in Eugene where I continue to live with my wife after raising our 3 kids.After graduating High School, I enlisted in the Army as a combat engineer from 1972 to 1976. Once my time was complete to the armed forces I came back home and worked as a Journeyman Carpenter working mostly out of the union hall, constructing commercial buildings. I worked on Delta Oaks Home Depot, the Sony Manufacturing Building, five buildings at UO, the remodel of Valley River Center, and the restoration of the Goodpasture Bridge in Vida, Oregon, among others.From the mid-80s through 2014 I was a general contractor and ran my own local construction company. As a contractor, I bought/sold, and rehabbed homes and apartment complexes locally; along with constructing 70+ new single-family residences in Lane County and surrounding areas. After hanging up my hammer, I transitioned into real estate and joined the Keller Williams family of brokers.
