I now wear a couple hats heading up Marsworx (Principle Worx Corp) and Principle Consulting Corp. Marsworx is a recent endeavour embarked upon with two other business partners, Dave Barbet & Chris Newsome. In 2016 we recognized a niche market for Equipment Asset Management in mid sized companies. There was no cost effective solution to help companies manage and maintain their equipment. We saw too many expensive implementations where only 20% of the solution was ever used. That's an expensive entry into the CMMS field. We've now launched our commercial solution called MARSworx (Maintenance & Asset Record System). We've established ourselves through our commitment to quality and trusted relationships. We will continue to grow organically and maintain our focus on the strength and quality of our consultants. We also have unique skill sets in Enterprise Asset Management with Maximo, Avantis and Ivara as well as a Well Lifecycle arm that specializes in implementations and configuration of the Peloton suite of products.

Encana

Project Manager for a Field Mobility initiative which involves enabling field vehicles as Wi Fi hot spots and using portable tablets to provide application connectivity. This project has great ROI and uses the increasingly prevalent tablet technology such as IPads to improve efficiency in the Production Management and Measurement space.Project Manager for a successful Accumap to geoSCOUT conversion and migration. This project was technically not that difficult to do, rather the change management focus was the primary risk. Consolidation by the geoscience teams to one application necessitated this project which was completed in less than 6 months.

Canada

Maximo EAM implementation completed at Encana. We have succesfully rolled out the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solution integrating with JDE to the business units. We also completed the final phase which involved the replacement of Maxitrak, Maxiload and Absamax with Maximo functionality. Proejct was tranitionsed to support in November of 2012. Many thanks to my awesome project team and the excellent participation from the busines stakeholders.

Project Manager to develop(RAD) a New Well Start Up application using the agile methodology with JRuby on Rails development framework. Benefits are: auditability, regulatory compliance, single source of truth, business process consistency for Southern Plains BU. Nov 1, 2010 - Feb 2011Project Management to develop(RAD) a Fluids Analysis management application. This app will manage oil, gas, water & condensate samples obtained in the field. Benefits are; mapping analysis, validation, scheduling, single source of truth for fluids samples and regulatory compliance. July 2010 - Mar 2011.Successfully completed a project which upgraded the perimeter security for Cenovus Suffield area. Involved collaborating with the military Department of Defense as well as Cenovus Suffield Industry Range Control. Required project management of construction and security integrator(Convergint) using Lenel and Indigo software.

SiteView 3.1 Facilities implementation requiring the migration from legacy business unit specific applications to a corporate SiteView model. Requires significant change management and integration efforts. Feb 2010 - Apr 2011Completed Supply Management process re-engineering initiatives for Camp construction as well as Camp desk, Rental desk & Pipe desk integrations to OIR. This provides internal costs to Wellview & Siteview. Dec 2010.

Project Manager for the intitiative to select and implement an outsourcing arrangement to manage application development, enhancement and maintenance of custom code. This is an aggressive RFP based initiative to select a vendor and enter into an outsourcing arrangement for in-house developed applications. Sept 2010 - August 2011.

Program Manager for the Applications Solutions portfolio which includes all applications in Upstream and Corporate environments. Responsibilities include program management to ensure all applications are cloned, tested and certified in the company split of Encana and Cenovus. Successfully completed Jan 2010.

Senior Project Manager responsible for the cloning and transition of the IT components for the Drilling & Completions and Well Operations applications protfolio. Included critical applications such as Wellview, Siteview, RTD (Request to Drill), CWS (Complete Well Summary) and Wellcore. Objective was to split the integrated company into 2 separate entitites for Oil and Gas. Put on hold until economics of split return.

Senior IT Project Manager responsible for the Siteview 3.0 to Sitview 3.1 migration/implementation. Siteview is a Peloton software application designed for Construction, EH&S and Facilities cost tracking. Successfully completed Jan 2009.

: Wellview V8.0 migration and implementation to the entire Upstream Drilling and Completions organization: Cost Tracker new application implementation and deployment for Entrega Pipeline construction: Siteview new application implementation and deployment to Upstream Construction : Windows XP Upstream Field migration and deployment: Access 2000 Conversion for all Upstream & Corporate applications:Desktop Migration strategies for Windows NT and 2000. Projects with up to 2500 desktops:Desktop integration and migration for corporate IT merger/acquisition.
