President & CooMarsworx Jan 2016 - PresentI now wear a couple hats heading up Marsworx (Principle Worx Corp) and Principle Consulting Corp. Marsworx is a recent endeavour embarked upon with two other business partners, Dave Barbet & Chris Newsome. In 2016 we recognized a niche market for Equipment Asset Management in mid sized companies. There was no cost effective solution to help companies manage and maintain their equipment. We saw too many expensive implementations where only 20% of the solution was ever used. That's an expensive entry into the CMMS field. We've now launched our commercial solution called MARSworx (Maintenance & Asset Record System). This project has great ROI and uses the increasingly prevalent tablet technology such as IPads to improve efficiency in the Production Management and Measurement space.Project Manager for a successful Accumap to geoSCOUT conversion and migration. This project was technically not that difficult to do, rather the change management focus was the primary risk. Consolidation by the geoscience teams to one application necessitated this project which was completed in less than 6 months.

We have succesfully rolled out the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solution integrating with JDE to the business units. We also completed the final phase which involved the replacement of Maxitrak, Maxiload and Absamax with Maximo functionality. Proejct was tranitionsed to support in November of 2012. Many thanks to my awesome project team and the excellent participation from the busines stakeholders.

Nov 1, 2010 - Feb 2011Project Management to develop(RAD) a Fluids Analysis management application. This app will manage oil, gas, water & condensate samples obtained in the field. Benefits are; mapping analysis, validation, scheduling, single source of truth for fluids samples and regulatory compliance. July 2010 - Mar 2011.Successfully completed a project which upgraded the perimeter security for Cenovus Suffield area. Involved collaborating with the military Department of Defense as well as Cenovus Suffield Industry Range Control. Required project management of construction and security integrator(Convergint) using Lenel and Indigo software. -
