Working with area directors to design a fun and engaging educational program for scouts ages 10-18. Working with adult leaders to ensure that the best possible experience is being had by all attendees of the camp. Attending a national training camp for this position.

Designing an effective ecology program to educate scouts on the impacts of humans on the environment and inspire them to research careers in ecology. Training a staff of 6 members to be able to preform the educational tasks in a variety of areas. Attended a national training camp to earn a certification in ecology.

Educate scouts in all areas of stem including designing special programs that show how different stem areas are connected to each other. Function as a leader to other staff members in performing daily tasks such as sanitization and food operations.
