Work Safely and ensure company safety policies, procedures and systems are adhered to andfollowed. Monitor job safety and prepare documentation as required. Implement correctiveaction for Team Members & craft labour who do not comply with the policy. Assist with overseeing with Operations and assist in the governance of policies andprocedures including the following: pre-construction planning, risk management, scheduling,project staffing, procurement, cost management, monthly cost reporting, project reporting,invoicing, trade and supplier payments, logistics, material and labour supply and demand, andquality control.Interfacing with the estimating department regarding the handover of successful bids fromEstimating to the Operations department. Participating in estimates, bids, budgets, proposals,interviews, prequalification’s, etc., to win work.Management of operational personnel including project managers, coordinators,superintendents and direct labour. Manage holidays of operational staff. Discipline staff andconduct reviews and performance evaluations.Check compliance of projects and sites with respect to company policies and procedures includinghealth and safety, contract securities, and insurance.Assist in managing labour relations.Project oversight and executive reporting for forecasting, tracking/reporting projectcosts/revenue and adherence to project estimates. Provides leadership for multiple aspects ofcontrols including costs/revenue, procurement, planning, scheduling andarchitecture/engineering.
