I’m a senior Computer Science student at MSOE. I have experience with numerous and diverse, hands-on, personal projects, as well as team-based project experience. I have skills in java, Python, C++, Data Science, Machine learning, Data structures and algorithms, as well as databases. I’m searching for a full-time job after graduation May 2025, and if I can help your team, please contact me at murphyd@msoe.edu.In High School, I was that student who actually really liked math and science, and when I excelled in those studies, I was inspired to pursue a career that allowed me to use these skills continuously. But with those skills I always found myself at excelling at problem solving and having to think outside the book for solutions. As I researched, I came across computer science more times than not, so I dived deep into learning exactly what computer science was and without question knew that this career was for me. Computer Science would allow me to apply my math skills and especially my problem-solving skills in practical ways to make things better. Then I did my research into schools that offered Computer Science degrees and MSOE was an easy decision because of their great reputation, high-quality professors, small class sizes, and a 96% graduate outcome rate.At my time with MSOE, I have had numerous opportunities to build and create multiple different projects and software from Wordle Clones, machine learning models, and Oppurtunites to interact with outside colleges like The Medical College of Milwaukee on data Science projects with fascinating data.
