Design and development of windows based application using Visual Basic 6, Access 97 and Microsoft Office. This involved designing and writing an application to create client portfolio reports in CSV and PDF format to email to clients. Reports were individually defined for each client. The data was retrieved via ADO and COM from Legacy systems, Excel spread sheets and Word documents. Reports were held on a server until authorised whereby they were passed to an email application for delivery to the client. Historical records of report generation were stored for interrogation.

The system covered all aspects of derivatives processing from analytics, trade capture, middle office valuations and reporting, settlements, financial and regulatory reporting and credit risk analysis and reporting. Support was 24x7 covering six geographical locations: London, Dublin, New York, Sydney, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
