I have worked in roles within property and casualty environmentsthroughout my time as a claims adjuster. My ability to be efficient, empathetic and organized provides a diverse skillset I believe will add positive professionalism to your company while also maintaining policy holders' needs are beingmet.The claim process as a whole can be a balancing act, ensuring policy holders receive accurate and prompt service,while also constantly reviewing all pertinent information for inaccuracies within a caim , and continuing to be mindfulof fraudulent claims. This may be daunting for some, but it's a task that I relish the opportunity to complete. I workclosely with contractors , public adjusters , policyholders and also agents to ensure claims are closed as quickly aspossible, while maintaining ethical principles and moral standards applied during the claims process.I continuously empathize with our policyholders and ensure they are well informed of not only the claims process butalso insurance as a whole as it pertains to their current situation. Going the extra mile to relay step by step what theexpectations are and will be during the claims process and taking the time to allow the policy holder to not justunderstand but overstand settlement and estimate information.Also staying on top of department goals, and standards, making sure they are accomplished and upheld daily.Claimants also may require mediation skills to alleviate escalations from improper claim handling. I adametaly andgraciously aid the insured, contractor or agent inquiries relating to policy changes, coverages and deductibles.
