• Leads trainings via a hybrid learning environment, including on-site demonstrations as well as virtual training labs and performance and knowledge-based evaluations, including demonstrations of methods for technical discovery, analysis, mitigation, and reporting via tools such as Nessus, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Wireshark.• Maintains accurate, up-to-date knowledge of digital forensics and malware analysis techniques, emerging threats, adversarial tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), in order to develop and refine effective, informative training relevant to today’s threat topology.• Interacts with students on an individual basis to ensure content is being understood and applied properly in labs and assessments and makes on the fly knowledge gap assessments for each student to address potential deficiencies.• Evaluates multiple forms of feedback for opportunities to improve performance and to assess for gaps in instructing style and course material.• Produces actionable feedback regarding other instructors’ curricula to ensure constant improvement of training pipeline and collaboration between otherwise distinct enclaves.

-Maintains accurate, up-to-date knowledge of digital forensics and malware analysis techniques, emerging threats, adversarial tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), and network attack vectors in order to supply customers with clear, concise, and accurate information regarding risk mitigation and develop expedited identification and remediation strategies.-Processes and analyzes daily traffic of multiple critical networks to detect and mitigate ongoing anomalies, via network mapping, baselining, and active and passing monitoring, via tools such as Nessus, Endgame, Suricata, Elasticsearch, Docket, and pfSense.-Responsible for the design and implementation of dashboards in order to easily assess critical information and streamline briefing of findings to mission owners.-Performs deep dive analysis on large, disparate data sets to identify indicators of compromise and produce timely, actionable, and succinct intelligence reporting on ongoing and imminent threats in mission partner’s area of responsibility, in accordance with stated rules of engagement and in keeping with current rules and regulations for the collection, handling, and dissemination of sensitive data; and deliver those reporting products to stakeholders while ensuring customer needs are met, in support of positive customer relations.-Responsible for management and configuration of multiple intrusion detection and prevention systems(IDS/IPS), administration of accounts for system consoles of CiscoWorks and IBM Internet Security -Scanner (ISS), and monitoring and troubleshooting of security sensors for system faults through the installation and deployment of Suricata instances for active network monitoring, including creation and ingestion of custom signatures for IDS sensors in response to analyst findings.
