Electronic Systems Integration Co-op (6-month Rotation):– Project Management: Tracked vehicle 3D model completion status of each vehicle subsystem. Ensure progress is made to stay on track with the program calendar.– Design low-voltage electrical components and system mounting provisions for vehicle electrical subsystems using PTC CREO. – Tasked with developing vehicle integration strategies and execution for electrical systems on prototype combat vehicle platforms. – Assisted with DFMEA on vehicle components to replicate real-world testing.– Tasked with modeling concept design space claims and wire routing for vehicle electrical systems.

Mobility Systems Engineering Co-op (3-month Rotation):– Design, create, and innovate vehicle parts and integrate into military combat vehicle subsystem assemblies. Product Design Engineering Co-op (3-month Rotation):– Assist in part design for an Electronic Driven Axle System. – Perform axle teardowns and assist engineers with root cause analysis.

Steering Development/Validation Engineering Co-op (3-month Rotation):– Belt Drive Systems, Column Drive Systems, and Electronic Power Systems– Assisted engineers in activities associated with test & validation (Teardowns, DRBTRs/Data Analysis).
