Responsibilities:Direct supervision of mast build projects, ensuring that both the client & company specificationsand requirements are met at all times.Reporting issues, identifying solutions and progress reporting to Senior Management daily. Ensuring all project management tools and reporting systems are maintained / kept up to date on a daily basis.Coordinating and manage project teams and deliver projects safely and on time in accordance with the project timelines.Preparation and administration during, and submission on completion of project site safety files. Ensuring that all necessary tools and materials for the project are prepared and loaded prior to mobilization, handled and stored appropriately on site and returned to stores on completion of projects.Conducting regular site safety inspections, audits and documenting them accordingly for review by Senior Management.Preparation and communication of all project reports (daily reports, completion reports, after action reviews etc.) for Project Manager to review.Maintaining Quality Control Procedures and ensure compliance to them on site.Liaise with mast suppliers and conduct technical reviews. Reporting of any incidents to Senior Manager.Assessing and minimizing risk and ensuring that risk assessments are updated regularly and are communicated to all site personnel.Site liaison for all contractors (civil engineering, survey, Land Owners, local authorities etc.) and ensuring management team are informed of any and all communications with the above.Performing local area reconnaissance to identify local services, facilities and businesses in the area that can serve and assist projects or provide alternative service providers should they be needed.
