Using the full range of accepted best practice techniques and approved methodology to ensure the clients premises remains operational with any business critical issues responded to and rectified within agreed SLA’s. Ensuring planned maintenance is completed to a high standard within the schedule for legal statutory compliance. Using own initiative and logical approach and in depth knowledge of plant equipment able to identify, discuss and solve complex issues with the maintenance team, third parties and suppliers. Oversee the management of the M&E and Building Management Systems (BMS) across the portfolio. Monitor third party performance against SLA’s and KPI’s. Manage PPM and reactive works.Experienced working at all levels within the organisation up to senior management level. Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput. Using strong planning and organisational skills to manage staff e.g. personal safety in accordance with company risk assessments and method statements. Management of soft services e.g. Cleaning Team, Catering Team, Security Team, Reprographics Team and Reception Staff.  Using excellent communication and customer relationship management skills to ensure management of the client, other building stakeholders e.g. being first point of contact for escalations, service level agreements, service reporting, service improvements and service reviews. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritise, plan effectively, with excellent time management skills, Comprehensive understanding of H&S legislations.
