I’m Donovan H. Archie, a visionary leader passionate about reimagining how the church engages with communities and advances its mission in the modern world. With over a decade of experience in ministry leadership, church planting, and organizational development, I specialize in fostering vibrant faith communities, building innovative ministry models, and equipping leaders to thrive in a changing landscape.   Currently, I serve as the Executive Leader of the Love Your Neighbor Network at Ebenezer Church, the largest Methodist congregation in Virginia. I’ve successfully launched and supported 15 small faith communities across Prince William and Stafford Counties, focusing on discipleship, digital engagement, and affinity-based ministry. My work includes strategic oversight, grant management, and cultivating partnerships to sustain and grow this dynamic network.   Previously, as a Satellite Campus Pastor at Vine Church, I led a thriving campus ministry, increasing worship attendance by 60% and spearheading outreach initiatives to bridge the church and local community. My leadership extended to managing operations, developing leaders, and overseeing a campus renovation campaign to modernize facilities and enhance worship experiences.   My academic journey has equipped me with deep insights into ministry innovation and leadership. I am completing a Doctor of Ministry in Church Leadership and Innovative Ministry, with research focused on digital discipleship across generations. I also hold a Master of Divinity in Christian Social Ethics and a Bachelor’s in Communications.   Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated a unique ability to blend traditional ministry values with forward-thinking strategies. My skills include strategic planning, community building, public speaking, and technology integration in ministry. Whether mentoring leaders, designing new ministry models, or preaching, my goal remains the same: to inspire transformation and bring people closer to Christ.   Beyond ministry, I am a devoted husband and grateful for the support of my faith community during my wife’s health journey.
