The Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) is designed to develop GE's next generation of leaders in the Information Management area. The program focuses on developing a strong technical foundation, business functional knowledge and solid project management skills.The two-year program consists of four six-month rotational assignments that cut across different aspects of GE business. In addition, IMLP's receive formal coursework in advanced information technology and systems during a four-week GE bootcamp along with many other educational workshops.
