Current-Troubleshoot VOIP-related issues, including call impairment, audio problems, and feature changes.-Utilize Webex and Broadworks to manage user accounts, reset voicemail pins, set up call forwarding, create schedules, and perform device identification.-Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on utilizing phone systems effectively.-Regularly update customers on issue resolution progress, ensuring transparent communication.-Conduct extensive research and collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex problems.-Assist with help desk tasks, such as transferring customers to the appropriate department, addressing billing inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
