My role is providing IT support for the Apple IOS Developer Academy/Foundation Program. I work directly with Apple in maintaining the technology and equipment for our location's program. This includes inventory, troubleshooting, deploying equipment and maintaining MDM profiles on such devices. My support extends to the program's mentors, administrators and students. Our goal is to introduce users to the Apple ecosystem and provide them with the resources to build a career in IOS software development using Apple's Swift programming in X Code software. Provide technical support throughout campus for Audio-Visual operations and computer technology systems.I am a key figure in the overall upgrade of campus technology in classrooms and meeting spaces, including integrating Hy-Flex A/V systems.Currently, I maintain our campus Apple device support, managing over 450 devices concurrently, through MDM solutions such as JAMF Pro and Apple School Manager. This includes, IOS devices and MacOS devices.
