Installs and maintains in optimum working condition all equipment installed in the Inteliquent Central Office/Network. Act as 24x7 central point of contact for all operational issues affecting all networks and services under the -NOC responsibility. Identifies, confirms, and isolates problems on all monitored services through manual or automated testing by using various troubleshooting tools. Provide first level support for customers, carriers and providers on the Inteliquent Global NOC. Open tickets using TASC, investigate and trouble shoot VoIP and TDM call processing issues reported by multiple customer and carriers. Inteliquent VoIP network consist of the Sonus Soft switch a Solaris Unix base platform. Systems being monitored are Turin, Adva and Adtran mux. Network elements and circuits include DS0, DS1, DS3, Metro-E circuits, SIP GW GigE, Fast Ethernet GigE, 10GigE and Sonet circuits.During my initial 14 month tenure with Inteliquent I had responsibilities monitoring and providing first level support for the Tinet, Tiscali International Network which is now owned by Global Telecom & Technology.My global data network responsibilities included monitoring data elements comprised of Cisco and Juniper switches and routers; identifying issues related to packet loss, latency, congestion, BGP protocol, circuit flapping, hardware and circuit outages. Circuits included backbone links, VLL/EE P2P, aggregates, switch trunks and VLANs. I delivered additional support during remote hand activities with site technicians, NNI and LL providers during the process of isolating a trouble. Used internal application tools to pull traffic reports and graphs exercised during data network investigations

Maintained central office switch hardware and transport equipment including weekly backups.Systems used: Firebird-500 test equipment, Sage test equipment, Nortel DMS-100 switch, Alcatel 3/1 Digital Access Connect system (soft cross connects).
