Senior Manager Talent Acquisition
Current• Recruiting for Cognizant’s North American openings for Infrastructure Services, Oracle Solutions Practice, Oracle Cloud, and SalesForce CRM for all verticals (BFS, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Communications, etc.) for full time, contract to hire and contract positions.• Leading/managing a team of 4 onsite recruiters and 3 offshore recruiters in mentoring and coaching, conducting weekly meetings, and working on timelines for new hires.• Developing and executing new talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain highly qualified employees for all openings for various business groups.• Partnering with the business on all key talent decisions, providing advice and expertise.• Providing guidance with senior leaders on current market trends in regards to compensation, benefits, level of hiring, etc.• Partnering with the business on all key talent decisions, providing advice and expertise, tailored for specific business needs.• Engaging with leaders on workforce and succession planning.• Providing management with hiring metrics which includes time to fill, quality of hire, total number of requirements closed, and overall individual performance.• Attending and spearheading weekly team meetings to analyze hiring reports and trends for upper management.• Compiling weekly report for various business units that are led by team members and providing information to management.• Utilizing TALEO applicant tracking system for full cycle recruiting• Undertaking special projects in recruitment, labor relations, HR strategy, budgeting, forecasting, policy making, change management and market intelligence.• Managing, mentoring and training new on-shore and off-shore recruiters on day to day Cognizant recruiting processes and procedures.• Attending various HR related training programs that are associated with LinkedIn, immigration, payroll, relocation, etc.
