Contract at Sentara Healthcare. Returned to Sentara Healthcare due to the collapse of the Crypto ecosphere. Lead the Front-End Core Team for the SAFe Agile Release Train. Developed code for iOS, Android and Web, as well as the APIs that connect them to our services, for both the Sentara website and application and the Optima Healthcare Insurance website and application. Completed a major project to use ForgeRock Identity Management System for company-wide customer preferences and the implementation of QNXT Medicaid Platform for use at Optima Healthcare Insurance.Now leads the Patient Portal Front End Development Team. Is responsible for all access to the Sentara Healthcare Patient Portal (Consumer Identity and Access Management using PingOne Identity) and entry into the Epic Medical System. Also responsible for various Healthcare applications for Patient Management, Provider Credentialing, Patient Identity and Access.

Determined roadmap and epic features for the PAID Ignition Crypto IDO Launchpad. Worked with a team of engineers and SDETs to build the best IDO Launchpad out there. Worked with Product and Senior management to build out reporting structures, work structures and management of epics and stories.

Contract at Sentara Healthcare. Started as Agile Product Owner for the Devops and Infrastructure team at Sentara Healthcare for Digital products. Was responsible for roadmap, backlog and team support. Transitioned to Agile Product Owner for the Core API team in the same SAFe 5.0 Agile Release Train.

Lead the cloud infrastructure team and the information security team for the company as both Product Owner and Scrum Master. Set direction for development of a cloud infrastructure based on Kubernetes, Docker, Istio, Kafka, Concourse CI/CD, Cilium and the associated observability and security tools. Also lead the DevSecOps team in its foundation and beginnings, again as Technical Product Manager. Contract at Credit One Bank. Acted as both product owner and scrum master for two teams for the development of PEGA workflows and Decision Engine capabilities in the financial industry. Has both onshore and offshore resources. Coordinated and communicated with C-suite and senior management. Was responsible for the teams’ efforts to create backlogs, prioritize them, and develop and deploy software solutions.

Managed the operations of database and IT operations projects for Allegiant Airlines and associated entities. Worked closely with data analytics and business intelligence teams in creating solutions for needed infrastructure, reporting and development projects. Several projects include upgrading flight planning solutions to the latest industry standards, upgrading hardware for database server clusters, both for operations and disaster recovery, and team leadership within the DBA team. Was scrum master for a development team creating Aircraft Communications Addressing & Reporting System (ACARS) management and an infrastructure team developing the Amazon AWS architecture (Allegiant’s first ever AWS infrastructure, including High Availability and Disaster Recovery) for the Sunseeker Resort hotel brand. Was Allegiant’s first in-house Agile trainer (both Scrum Masters and Product Owners), working with external training staff to deliver company-wide scrum and agile training.

Lead PerBlue’s development team of 5 engineers in a Java environment to create iOS and Android mobile game applications. Lead the QA team (2 engineers) and the UI/UX team (2 specialist artists). Managed the infrastructure of the company’s multiple servers, VMs and storage solutions. Responsible as the product owner for all priorities, timelines and planning for the company’s products and services. Member of the company’s senior leadership team. Delivered new game to market, attaining 5 million users, earning the company significant profits.
