WHAT I DO: I help single family, condo and small multi family owners market and sell their property for the best price possible. I work with owner occupant and investor buyers to help them find and purchase the property that's right for their lifestyle and goals. I also help investors lease their properties to strong trouble free tenants. My background as a real estate investor, real estate agent and mortgage broker provides me with the skills and experience needed to assist any property owner with evaluating property improvements, contractor recommendations and tax value challenges. I am also a Notary Public. WHO I SERVE: Homeowners, Investors, First Time Buyers, Down Sizing Seller/Buyers, Trade Up Seller/BuyersHOW I DO IT: I use a 56 step proven marketing plan that results in 2.4% more dollars for my Sellers largely due to an intense focus on the details. I don't just list properties for sale- I offer comprehensive services designed to make each sale simple for the Seller (things like painting, junk removal, staging). I consult with buyers upfront so that they know exactly what to expect and have a good understanding of the market before we look at any properties. My goal is to understand a buyer's needs so well from the start that we only have to look at a handful of properties before we find the right one. My property visit process includes flagging items that need a home inspectors opinion as well as pointing out features that will impact future market value.
