Contribute to the delivery of Riverside's focus on developing cutting-edge entertainment based destinations focusing specifically on memorable guest experiences and services.

Expo 2017 was held in Astana, Kazakhstan, from June 10th to September 10th, 2017. Under the theme of Future Energy, the Exposition engaged the international community on the issues of sustainable development, research and innovations, and energy for all. Over 115 countries will host an estimated 2 million visitors from around the world during the three-month event.

Responsible for daily operations of Orange Lake Resort, an RCI "Gold Crown" property that is the largest timeshare destination resort in the world with 2,478 fully equipped units spread out over 1,500 acres. Provide strategic direction and oversight of all operational areas at the resort including: Rooms Division, Resort Services, Golf Operations and Maintenance. F&B and Retail.

Vice President Operations, Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas, responsible for the concession operations in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The operations included hotel, food & beverage, retail, tours, and full service marina operations with over 2,000 slips and buoy's and the largest boat rental operation in the country. Also included whitewater river business considered one of the premiere operators on the Colorado River through Grand Canyon National Park. This predominately seasonal destination resort generates approximately $80 million annually.

Member of the opening park operations team for Universal Studios Florida, a $750 million theme park that opened in Orlando in 1990. In 1994, promoted to Vice President, Park Operations while Universal Studios Florida was awarded the prestigious, internationally recognized "Applause Award" for achieving an unparalleled level of quality and operational excellence.Once elevated to Senior Vice President - Operations in 1997, was responsible for creating and leading broad scale initiatives in organizational design, change leadership, and experience and attraction development. Able to achieve record levels of guest and employee satisfaction. Also played an integral role in the planning and development of Universal’s Island of Adventure theme park, Universal Studios Japan, Universal’s CityWalk entertainment complex and the Universal Orlando Resort guest infrastructure.
