I report directly to the District Manager of Jordans Bedding Operations.Responsibilities include... Manage and direct the Sales Team in meeting sales and profit goals.  Interviewing, hiring, coaching, supervising, motivating, evaluating, scheduling of all Sales Consultants and Sales Manager. Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all employees through honest and fair management.  Identifying training and procedural needs to increase sales productivity; making recommendations to District Manager and implementing necessary changes Reviewing and analyzing sales reports to monitor the productivity level of Sales Consultants and ensuring that all budgeted sales goals are met Responding to escalated customer service issues and resolving problems Monitoring sales floor to ensure all guests are being assisted.  Continually readjusting the products showcased so as to make the most out of the selling floor.
