This involved initial training, an assessment of strengths and weaknesses, coaching them on those, as well as providing feedback and evaluation to both the individual GC and the main office.• Pregame meetings, discuss key rules, set expectations.• Game management, ensuring a fun and safe experience is had by everyone, regardless of skill level. • Monitored the games by assigning penalties/fouls as required, moving along the floor with the action and keeping score.• Completed a game report for each game and submit to the CSSC office the morning following each shift, detailing a description of any events that may have arisen.
