A recognized innovator and leader, I have a passion for creating and promoting products and services that solve complex problems and make an impact on people's lives.The majority of my career has been spent leading marketing, product, sales, and technology teams in the education space. Technology has dramatically changed education and I'm proud of the groundbreaking and award-winning work we have done to support the way teachers teach and students learn. In 2009, I led the creation and launch of an education technology product called StrataLogica. Used in schools around the world, it was a first-of-its-kind solution that garnered rave reviews and won several awards. In 2016, I helped launch Insight ADVANCE, an edtech start-up focused on using video coaching to improve teacher practice and support instructional coaching. I served as CEO and led product, sales, and marketing team members. The company was acquired in December 2021.Currently, I am Managing Director of Teaching Channel, a company focused on helping educators--whether they are new to the classroom or leading school districts. Throughout 2022 and 2023, I led the effort to bring together the Insight ADVANCE and Teaching Channel teams, combining products, marketing, and sales efforts. As a result, we launched the new Teaching Channel Platform in fall of 2023 and it has been recognized by Tech & Learning with its Award of Excellence: Best of 2023. My career experiences have allowed me to share my knowledge and projects around the world. I’ve been featured on the Google blog, eSchool News, Digiday, and InformationWeek.
