I led sales operations for a $4 billion, 2500-person sales team. Within this role, I managed a variety of critical functions, such as sales administration, field training & development, and selling effectiveness programs. Additionally, I was accountable for driving key strategic priorities encompassing CRM & omnichannel strategies, sales compensation, revenue forecasting, analytics, reporting, product & selling skills training, and annual business planning.
