Researches and fully understands competitors' strengths/weaknesses and product offerings/pricingI Develops & maintain an in- depth knowledge of all Key Bank services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive productsI actively participate in Community organizations to source business development opportunities & demonstrate Key's commitment to the local communityI Develop a comprehensive understanding of client's needs based on the review & analysis of personal & business financial data gatheredI deliver distinctive service by completing annual relationship reviews with all "focus" clients I promote & cross-sell market products and services to clients by keeping clients informed of products, services, special promotions & provide appropriate financial solutions via consultative review & proactive contactI function as client's credit sponsor to facilitate the underwriting process and credit approval. Ensures that new customer relationships consistently meet all compliance requirements; ensures all documents with loans are completed, correct and sent with loan documentation; works to resolve all loan document exceptions; understands how and why an exception occurred. I’m key in aggressively growing and maintaining a profitable book of business both for Key Bank and for my clients.
