In that same period revenues grew more than 80%. • Drove enhanced business development and accountability through a company-wide reorganization from functional service lines and a single P&L into geographic business units with regional revenue targets and local P&L responsibility. • Improved enterprise-wide operational efficiencies through a restructuring of corporate shared services functions into a more effective and integrated Business & Support Operations (BSO) organization and implementation of an effective Rhythm of Business (ROB) process.• Optimized service delivery of individual shared service functions through purposeful rebuilding of each to include leadership and other personnel changes. The functions included HR, IT, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance.• Successfully implemented new critical technology platforms to include an ERP system (NetSuite), a Project Management platform (Clarizen), a CRM platform (Salesforce) and Business Intelligence (BI) Platform. • Added vital executive leadership to the C-suite, hiring and onboarding a Chief People Officer and a Chief Customer Solutions Officer.

Responsibilities included team leadership, portfolio strategy, transaction negotiations, client relationship management, revenue growth, recruiting, process reengineering, project delivery and capital planning. Regional Market Leader April 2000 – August 2010Founded JLL’s Northwest Tenant Representation practice and corporate office which included managing transaction negotiations, client/investor relations, business development, profit and loss, strategic planning, and personnel recruitment/development. Led a high performing team of brokers in support of several clients in the Pacific Northwest and nationally. Clients included Microsoft, Bank of America, T-Mobile USA, AT&T and Avanade.

Led asset management, lease negotiations, investor relationship management, marketing strategy, and broker relations for 2M square feet of Class A properties in the Chicago CBD.
