I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Bus. Admin. specializing in Personnel/Industrial Relations (HR). Joined NAS Recruitment Communications (1985) as an Acct. Exec. (Chicago) covering Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois and NW Chicago. Promoted to Reg. Mgr. (1986) opening a new office in Orlando, Fla. Was a leading contributing member of the State SHRM Assoc. Achieved numerous awards and exceeded goals/expectations in record time. Promoted to Reg. Mgr. of NAS Los Angeles (1992). While in LA, won the agency’s most improved office, top sales for new business and the prestigious Eisenberg/Allen Creative award (twice). Promoted to Executive Reg. Mgr. for 10+ yrs. of outstanding service and in 2003 was promoted to the Exec. Leadership ranks as VP - Western Reg. Received a promotion to Sr.VP in 2006 and spent almost 24 years with NAS. Was responsible for client engagement and overall strategic development/resource allocation while overseeing operations in the LA, Orange Cty., Phoenix, San Diego, SF, Seattle, Salt Lake and Vancouver, BC marketplaces. Team Leader for 10+ yrs. - Total Quality/Recognition Team. Invited speaker for many industry associations and media organizations including the Fla. Hospital and Central Fla. Hotel Assoc., Media News Group, College and Univ. Personnel Assoc. (CUPA) and the Suburban Newspapers of America (SNA). Joined Bayard Advertising Agency - Los Angeles (March '09). Established Bayard Louisville, KY (June '14). Responsible for New Business Development, Success and Growth supporting current client partnerships across all of N. America. An active supporter of various HR Assoc. including SHRM, EMA, ERE, PIHRA and CUPA.
